 Chicken chutney roll is a popular snack in many parts of the world. It's a delicious combination of spiced chicken and tangy chutney, all wrapped up in a crispy roll. Here's how you can make it:


Ingredients:


2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup mint chutney
4 large tortillas or parathas
Oil for frying
Instructions:

In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat, and add a tablespoon of oil. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pan and let it cool for a few minutes.

Take a tortilla or paratha and spread a generous amount of mint chutney on it.

Add a few pieces of the cooked chicken on top of the chutney.

Roll the tortilla or paratha tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the rolled tortilla or paratha in the pan and fry until it is golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Remove the roll from the pan and drain the excess oil on a paper towel.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas or parathas and chicken filling.

Serve hot with additional mint chutney or your favorite dipping sauce.
